If you are unable to attend a workshop once you have booked, do please let us know as it is possible to cancel a booking in certain circumstances.
Cancellation policy
Workshops must be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows:
- An administration fee of £5 per person is retained to cover our costs.
- If you cancel more than 3 working days before the event you will receive a full refund, minus the administration fee.
- If you cancel within 3 working days of the event, then there is no refund.

If we cancel a workshop
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a workshop. In these circumstances, you get a full refund.
