Friendly, practical advice and support
Nepeta Consulting run workshops under the name of "The Small Business Clinic" across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Workshops cover a wide range of subjects all to do with business. They include business planning and marketing and how to use the popular tools available, such as MailChimp, WordPress and Google Analytics.
Not just for businesses
The subjects we cover in our workshops are relevant beyond the world of business. Charities and groups also need to run efficiently - especially if those doing the work are volunteers giving up precious free time! We welcome anyone who is interested in the workshop and can benefit from it. The workshops give you help with the practical aspects of running a business, charity or any form of organisation: such as sales, marketing and using IT effectively. They are designed to be informative, friendly and reasonably priced.
Plenty of time to ask questions
Discussion is a key aspect of a Small Business Clinic workshops - we want you to ask the questions you need answering. We limit the size of each workshop to just 10 attendees to ensure there is plenty of time for group discussion and individual attention.
Our aim is to make all subjects understandable for all. We speak in plain English and explain all the terms you hear about, don't quite understand but feel afraid to ask about.
By the end of the session
If the workshop is about software then by the end of the session, you will have had the opportunity to use the software and know how to apply it to your business.
If it's a business workshop, you will have started to plan out how to apply the lessons learnt to your own business or organisation.
Where are the workshops?
Our workshops are run at various locations in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, including Open Space Rooms in Malvern.
Below, you will see a list of forthcoming workshops. You can click on one to book tickets. Alternatively, look at our workshop calendar for a full list.
If you like the sound of one of our workshops, but the timing or location is not appropriate, do not despair. We are happy to run any of our workshops at a place and time to suit you. All we need is a suitable location with Internet access. Such workshops can be tailored to your own needs if required.
