Location: Online, unless restrictions are removed before then
Times: 9.30am – 12.30pm
Suitable for: Anyone in business who wants to understand better how to price their products or services.
Do you know how much it costs you to create and deliver your products and services to your customers?
Do you know how much to sell them for?
These questions can be hard to answer. Our “What’s my price?” workshop is a practical session on how to calculate prices for your business.
What the workshop covers
We will show you how to work out what costs you need to take into account and how to build them into a unit cost for your product or service. Then we go on to look at how to turn this into a price at which you can sell your products and services for a competitive but profitable business. To show you how it’s done we use an example company and work through its cost and price model. You can then apply this to your own company and understand how it works.
You will leave with a good understanding of how to build up product costs and prices as well as ways to monitor their effectiveness.
