Our client had an urgent requirement to set up a collaboration site. They needed to share documents and provide a Q and A facility, while keeping close control of who was allowed access. As they use Office 365, a SharePoint site could be set up quickly but they needed help with configuring it within the tight timescale.
We advised the client on how to configure the document libraries and set up the views so the site was easy to use for visitors. The Q and A was set up using lists and views to fulfil the requirements. As external users, we also tested the system to make sure that the permissions structure was suitably robust.
The client was able to populate the site and make it available in order to fulfil their contract.
