An arts company looking for independent marketing advice to help them devise a marketing strategy for the short and medium term.
Our client needed to increase their profile with potential clients. They were after someone independent to discuss their marketing with them and provide a fresh perspective.
Using our business review process as a framework, we looked at their current products and services and then worked through their current marketing activities. This included:
- Qualifying products and services they could provide, whether they were viable and/or desirable
- Identifying their target audience for each product and service
- Defining the best methods of reaching this audience
From this we created an overall marketing plan describing which products and services were to be continued and developed. It also defined the marketing activities that needed to happen in the short and medium term. It covered all areas of marketing including traditional methods for local exposure and use of social media.
The report enabled our client to prioritise their marketing activities.
